Urban flora: mosses, grasses, weeds, flowers, bushes and trees. Nature fights for every unoccupied space, fits into the architecture of the city and changes its landscape. What would happen if one day we lost control and nature took the power over a concrete metropolis?
Although we live surrounded by the greenery, sometimes we forget about the existence of plants. So common – they become invisible. The reflection is only forced by their sudden loss.
"Urban Weeds" is a musical spectacle bringing a post-apocalyptic vision of the world in which nature takes over and plants regain their voice. The rhythm of the urban music intertwines with the musical landscape of nature. Mythologies and customs from the world of plants intertwin with the questions about ecology and the common future of people’s collaboration in the future.
